Bungle Video Competition by KMag!! Get to editing and win some bragging rights and some threads

Knowledge Magazine, Spearhead Records, Addict Clothing and AV1 Production have joined forces to launch a contest for aspiring video directors. Ever fancied yourself as a music video director? Now's your chance to show us what you've got.

Directors are invited to submit their videos for the track The Siren by Bungle ft. Ayah, the first track from the forthcoming Bungle album, and you can download it for free below.

Then film and / or animate a video using your own footage, edit it, upload it to Vimeo, and add it to our group.

There's no brief, the best advice we can give is to use whatever equipment you've got. You can even use your mobile phone and edit it in iMovie, just be creative and use your imagination.

The winner will receive £500 worth of Addict Clothing of their choice and their video will be used as the official music video for the track.

How to Enter

Upload your entry to Vimeo and add it to our group. Feel free to upload it to YouTube and any other video hosting website as well but to be considered for the competition it must be in our Vimeo group.

The deadline for entries is midnight (GMT) September 18th and the winner will be announced by September 26th

Rules

The footage used in the video must be new, i.e. shot / animated by yourself. You can't use any copyrighted material.

Videos can contain live video footage and / or animation.

You can do anything you like as long as it's creative and contains no nudity, racism, sexism or is deemed offensive in any way.

You can enter as many times as you like but a new video must be submitted each time.

Videos must be submitted by midnight (GMT) September 18th. No late entries will be accepted.
BCee from Spearhead, Andy Commons of AV1 Production and Colin Steven, the editor of Knowledge magazine, will judge the competition according to their own criteria and opinion. Number of views on videos or popularity will not be part of or influence the judging.

All judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
