The Vangarde - The Faker (Original Mix)

The Vangarde are a Sydney based alternative electronic music soloist 'Rust' aka Nick Platers producer and vocalist reformed its image in 2011 from The Vangarde continued success since its birth 2006. Having received added attention after winning Best Unsigned Dance/Electronica in Australia in 2007, and Best Video Artist for 'Ode To Tokyo' in 2008 at the prestigious Music Oz Awards.

The Vangarde's music consists of various styles ranging from Big Beat, Drum and Bass and Breaks in their first album 'Double Agent' (2007), to Electronica Rock with Hip Hop vocal elements in the bands sophomore release 'Not Dead Yet' (2008).

The Vangarde first emerged on the underground Drum and Bass scene, and have since then developed their unique sound that has stemmed from many cultures worldwide. Currently working on their third installment titled 'Plan B' which is said to be released early next year, with 'Ride It Out' to be the first single.
